World Space Week

Take learning sky high with our out of this world space workshops. Topics include moon landings, astronauts, planets, the solar system, and Neil Armstrong. Our unique sessions are also the perfect way to celebrate World Space Week (4-10th October).

  • Early Years Story Hunt - Moon Landings / Space

    Storytelling EYFS. Journey to the moon and meet astronauts and aliens using songs and rhymes. The workshop culminates in the children making a story together using the clues they have picked up along the way.

  • The Quest for... Moon Landings / Space
    • Greater London & Essex

    • Greater Manchester

    Cross Curricular KS1 & KS2. Go to Space School to learn about what astronauts do, take an imaginary journey into space to learn all about the moon, and join in an active debate about whether space travel is worthwhile. And last but not least, graduate as a Time Traveller!

    History KS1 & KS2. Explore the life and times of this American hero. Meet a young Neil Armstrong, launch into space in Apollo 11 and then splash down in the Pacific as they travel home from the moon, unearthing many a moon landing fact along the way.

  • Science Machine - Space

    Science KS2. The professor's Science Machine is in grave danger of imploding and our eccentric scientist needs your knowledge to save it! Your pupils must use their enthusiasm for space to help refill its information tanks with scientific facts and fun.
