
Quest for Windrush
Subject: History/Cross-Curricular
Age Group: 5-11 Year Olds (KS1 & KS2)
Available in London, South West, and West Midlands
Recreate the journey from Jamaica to England, from packing your suitcase and saying goodbye to loved ones to boarding the ship with Lord Kitchener. Children will explore the difficulties of finding a room and work in a foreign and not necessarily friendly country.
Children will gain in-depth knowledge of the topic and explore both the emotional and practical aspects of migration.
