Experienced drama workshop leaders required for work in primary schools in Greater London.

Freshwater Theatre Company is seeking experienced and passionate drama workshop leaders based in London.

We are looking to recruit versatile practitioners with considerable experience of single-handedly organising and leading large groups of school children, aged from 3 to 11, to facilitate workshop sessions involving role-play, storytelling, drama games and music based on the curriculum. 

We are also interested in facilitators for our two-person history show team. You will require the same skills in workshop leading and must also be over 25, hold a full clean driving licence, be confident driving a small van, be based in or close to Hackney, be a character performer and have experience of performing to and working with large groups of 100+ primary aged children.

 

Fluent Spanish and French speakers required to lead drama-based languge workshops in primary and secondary schools in the Greater London area.

Freshwater Theatre Company is seeking experienced and passionate drama workshop leaders, based in London, who speak English as well as fluent Spanish and/or French. 

We are looking to recruit versatile practitioners to lead our Modern Foreign Language Storytelling workshops in primary schools, and our Interactive Language Performances in secondary schools (Y7/8 students). Applicants must have considerable experience of single-handedly organising and leading large groups of school children, aged between 5 and 14. You must be fluent in Spanish or French and will ideally speak both languages.

 

All applicants should have an Enhanced DBS (formerly CRB) check or be prepared to undergo and pay for a DBS check before they can commence work.

Auditions will be held in East London on Monday 11th September 2017. Please only apply if you are available on that date and if you are very confident of being available for freelance work in London in the autumn term and beyond.
